As Istanbul Mugla Tasima (IM Tasima), providing Istanbul ↔ Mugla door-to-door moving, we must inform you about personal data processed during quote, survey, contract and transport operations.
This notice is prepared under KVKK Art. 10. Our Privacy Policy also explains cookies and general data protection principles.
Categories of personal data
The following personal data may be processed:
- Identity: first and last name
- Contact: phone, email, address
- Service/operations: volume, move date, floor/elevator, packing preference
- Legal transaction: contract and invoice data
- Security: log records, IP address
Method of collection
Your data is collected through electronic forms, phone/WhatsApp, email, on-site surveys and contract/billing processes by automatic or non-automatic means.
Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed for:
- Quote, survey and contract processes
- Planning and performing Istanbul Mugla door-to-door moving
- Customer relations and operations support
- Insurance, invoicing and tax compliance
- Retention as evidence in legal disputes
Legal grounds
Processing is based on KVKK Arts. 5 and 6: your explicit consent, contract performance, legal obligation, establishment/use/protection of a right and legitimate interests.
Transfers
Data may be transferred to insurers, warehouses, tax/legal advisors and competent authorities in compliance with KVKK Arts. 8 and 9. No transfer abroad is made.
Retention period
Data is kept for periods required by law and the processing purpose. After that, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
KVKK Art. 11 — Your rights
Under Art. 11 you have the right to:
- Learn whether your data is processed
- Request information if processed
- Learn the purpose and whether use is compliant
- Know third parties to whom data is transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion/destruction under KVKK Art. 7
- Request notification of correction/deletion to third parties
- Object to results solely from automated analysis against you
- Claim compensation for damage due to unlawful processing

To exercise your rights, apply in writing with identity verification to info@istanbulmuglatasima.com. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days; if an extra cost is required, the Authority tariff may apply.

Personal data submitted via our Istanbul Mugla quote, contact and free survey forms is processed based on contract performance, legal obligations and legitimate interests under KVKK. We request only information necessary for the move.
During transport, address, inventory and contact details may be shared with insurers and warehouse partners when required. No transfer abroad is made. Retention follows tax/commercial law and post-service dispute periods.
